As first time homebuyers, my girlfriend and I had been running into roadblock after roadblock! We pretty much had 2 days left to get qualified and put in an offer. In those two days Erik was able to make that happen for us! We had wished we heard about Erik sooner and it would’ve made it that much simpler! Nonetheless, he made it very easy for us and explained the whole process and made it simple to understand. He was there from start to finish and answered any questions we had along the way. We might not need another home for a long time, but if we do, and Erik is still in the business….he will be our go to guy! Thanks Erik!!!

Thank you both so much for working on my behalf to complete the 121 E. Pleasant St loan. I appreciate that you advocated on my behalf to avoid a delayed closing and am grateful you used your clout to persuade Rocket to expedite their review of the needed changes to the appraisal. Although totally psychological "closing on time," was important to us. After closing, it was lovely taking the short walk with a big ring of keys to our new home and being able to leave an initial set of our keepsakes to symbolically show that "we are there." Home is where your heart is, right? Although mine will always be wherever my kids are, it is wonderful to have a view of the future we'll be enjoying together for the next few years.

I've now owned 121 E. Pleasant St. for almost exactly a week and a day and have been fortunate to connect with a number of contractors who are helping us to establish what we'd call a working household there. We'll be having an accessible ramp and 1st floor bath, a major improvement for Dad/Grandpa and all of us are looking forward to being in Mankato where we can be together comfortably, appreciate fireflies in our backyard, see stars at night and take a drive in the country when we have a whim. Thank you so much for making this possible for us. I'm so blessed to have been able to work with both of you.
